Joseph A. Lifrieri Managing Director, Investor Services
Joseph A. Lifrieri joined Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in 2000. Since that time, he has had varying responsibilities including: Trade Processing, Funds Transfer, Foreign Exchange Operations, Banking Operations, Investment Management Services, Mutual Funds Services, and Reconciliations & Analysis. His responsibilities also include oversight of Risk Management, Major Projects, Productivity, and Globalization for Service Delivery. Joe is a member of the Service Delivery Oversight Committee and has served as the Chairman of the Operations Advisory Committee of DTCC.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lifrieri served as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for JP Morgan Chase's Capital Markets and Fiduciary Business. He was also part of Manufacturer Hanover Trust's Internal Audit Department. Prior to that, he served in the Securities Operations Division of Bankers Trust Company, first as a member of the Division Controller's staff and then as manager of the Government Securities Operations area.
Mr. Lifrieri began his career at Deloitte Haskins & Cells, where he provided audit and consulting services to Banks, Investment Banking Companies, Securities Brokers and Dealers, Discount Brokers, and Service Organizations.
He received a B.B.A in Accounting from Iona College and obtained the professional designation of Certified Public Accountant.
