In her role as BBH’s Head of Service Delivery, Greater China, Denise Mak leads and supports the growing needs of our asset manager clients and their investors in the region, as a key part of our Global Service Model. Focused on increasing diversity in financial services, Denise is also a member of our BBH Woman’s Network in Hong Kong.
Denise joined BBH in 2010 as Relationship Manager covering global asset managers, wealth managers, and financial institution relationships in Asia, excluding Japan. Prior to this, she held various roles in relationship management, client services, investment compliance, and fund administration at RBC Dexia Investor Services and State Street Bank and Trust Company in Hong Kong. With extensive experience in the industry, Denise often speaks on panels at ALFI and Irish Fund events locally and is BBH’s representative in Asia for ICI Global.
Denise holds a master’s degree in commerce (major in advanced finance) and a bachelor’s degree in commerce (major in accounting and finance) from University of New South Wales in Australia.
