Diane Teed is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Service Delivery, which includes the firm’s global operations and client service areas. In this role, Diane is focused on driving the transformational change agenda, bringing her expertise in strategy, organizational design, and emerging technologies to deliver new solutions and operating model efficiencies for BBH and our clients. Diane joined BBH in 2005 as the Division Executive for Fund Accounting. She has held various senior leadership roles across the firm, most recently Head of Strategy for Investor Services and Head of Talent & Development and Global Business Partners for Human Resources. Prior to BBH, Diane led institutional client service, relationship management, and product development organizations within the financial services industry. She also spent time in venture capital and leveraged buyouts. Diane is passionate about diversity and actively supporting women in their career development. She was a founding Co-Chair of the BBH Boston and Global Women’s Networks and is currently a member of Chief, an external network designed to increase the number of women in leadership positions across industries. Diane also sits on several of the firm’s oversight committees. Diane holds a B.S. in management from Binghamton University and an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
