Elizabeth Prickett is the Chief Administrative Officer of BBH’s Global Relationship Excellence group. In this role, she is responsible for the shared services teams supporting the Relationship Management and Sales functions, as well as the Voice of Client program, which ensures the application of client feedback to drive product strategy and investment. Prior to this, Elizabeth was responsible for the Boston Relationship Management team and some of the firm's largest and most complex client relationships. Elizabeth joined the firm in 2009 with extensive experience in financial services and relationship management. She holds a B.A. from Williams College and a Master's degree in Public and Private Management (MPPM) from Yale University. Elizabeth is a prior President of the Investment Adviser Association Board of Governors.
