Jean Marc is a Partner at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) within our Investor Services business line, leading our Relationship Excellence pillar and depository functions globally, while also supervising BBH’s Dublin and Luxembourg clients and offices. Investor Services provides asset servicing and operating model solutions to the world's leading asset managers and financial institutions.
Based in Luxembourg, Jean Marc works closely with clients globally to deliver solutions that strengthen operating models, enhance oversight, and support long-term business success. In his leadership role, he guides global teams in fostering strong client relationships and advancing BBH’s commitment to being a long-term partner in clients’ success.
Jean Marc is a strong advocate for inclusion and believes that cognitive diversity contributes to better decision-making and stronger business outcomes. Within BBH, he serves on the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, actively supports the BBH Bank Affinity Networks Communities (BANC), sponsors the Diverse Ability Allies Network (DAAN), and is an ally of BBH’s Global PRIDE Network.
Jean Marc is a member of BBH’s Investor Services Oversight Committee, which helps shape and implement the strategic direction of the business to align with the needs of clients. He also serves as Chairman of Brown Brothers Harriman (Luxembourg) SCA and Brown Brothers Harriman Institutional Trust Company of New York, LLC. In addition, he serves on the boards of Brown Brothers Harriman Trustee Services (Ireland), Brown Brothers Harriman Services AG (Switzerland), the Supervisory Board of Brown Brothers Harriman (Poland) Sp. z o.o., and Brown Brothers Harriman Trust Company Cayman Ltd.
Jean Marc joined BBH in 2007 and has worked in the financial services industry for more than 25 years in various roles including as a fund manager, an investment banker and a business manager. Jean-Marc speaks fluent English, French, German and Italian. He graduated from the "Institut Superieur Economique des Aumoniers du Travail" in Arlon, Belgium and received a Masters in Leading Innovation and Change from York St John University, United Kingdom.
