Manuel Dienhart is a Principal at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) based in Luxembourg. He serves as Global Asset Servicing Business Head within BBH Investor Services, which provides asset servicing and operating model solutions to the world’s leading asset managers and financial institutions.
Manuel leads BBH’s asset servicing product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Custody, Fund Services, Transfer Agency, Alternatives, and ETF servicing. He is focused on developing solutions that enable asset managers to grow globally across asset classes, enhance the investor experience, build more efficient operating models, and strengthen oversight and control.
Since joining BBH in 2004, Manuel has held a number of senior leadership roles across the firm in Boston, Dublin, and Luxembourg and has played a key role in growing the BBH’s funds business globally. His experience spans product development, client service, operating model design, and technology-enabled solutions that help clients navigate an increasingly complex investment ecosystem.
Prior to his current role, Manuel served as Transfer Agency Product Executive and Global Head of Transfer Agency. He was also Chief Executive Officer of BBH Fund Administration Services Ireland and led the Client Service Group supporting alternative, ETF, and traditional fund clients in Boston. Before joining BBH, Manuel held various roles at an asset manager in Luxembourg and began his career at a savings bank in Germany.
Manuel serves as a Director of Brown Brothers Harriman Fund Administration Services Ireland and is a member of the Authorized Management and a Director of BBH Luxembourg.
