Michael Boylan

Mike Boylan is a Principal of the firm and Co-Manager of BBH Capital Partners Private Equity (BBHCP PE). He focuses on BBHCP PE investing activities, including sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post-investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies. Additionally, he shares day-to-day management responsibility for BBHCP PE and is involved in the ongoing interactions with Limited Partners of BBHCP PE.

Mike is a member of the Steering, Executive, and Investment Committees of BBHCP PE. He serves on the board of directors of Clear Creek Systems, RPM Group, Center Phase Energy, an engineering and systems integration firm, a maritime services company, an HVAC and plumbing services platform, and a distributor and remanufacturer of aftermarket components used in commercial vehicles.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike evaluated and managed equity, leveraged finance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions as a member of Lehman Brothers’ financial sponsors group. Mike received a B.S. in finance from the University of Connecticut.
