As a Senior Advisor, Doug Maine assists in sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post-investment value-added oversight to BBH Capital Partners portfolio companies.
Doug retired from IBM in 2005, which he joined in 1998 as its CFO, after spending 20 years with MCI Communications (now part of Verizon) and serving as its CFO.
Doug serves on the board of directors of Noble Systems Corp., Acreage Holdings, r4 Technologies, and Olympusat. He has previously served on the board of directors of three other public and five other private companies. He is an Executive-in-Residence for Columbia University’s School of Business. Doug is a graduate of Temple University and received an MBA from Hofstra University, where he serves as the Chairman of the Zarb School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board.
