Ingrid Mosquera is the Head of the BBH’s Voice of Client Program, transforming client and market feedback into actionable insights. Leading with the mission of putting our clients at the center of everything we do, Ingrid’s team uses a holistic approach to understand our clients emerging needs and to uncover trends across segments, using journey mapping, feedback loops , and client interviews to capture and analyze both structured and unstructured data from internal and external sources. The resulting insights inform BBH’s market engagement strategy, client experience initiatives, and product development priorities.

Prior to her current role, Ingrid held several product innovation positions including Head of Data Product Growth & Innovation, and as Digital Asset Product Lead. In addition, Ingrid was an attorney specializing in asset managers and financial institutions; for more than a decade she worked cross-functionally in the U.S and Latin America, building expertise structuring innovative financial products and gaining valuable strategy, business, and product development experience.

Ingrid graduated from the MIT’s Sloan Fellows MBA program, where she focused her studies on advancing financial services with new technologies. Ingrid holds a postgraduate degree in Finance and Capital Markets from Universidad de la Sabana and a double major in Law and International Relations from Universidad del Rosario.
