Christian Bolanos is a Managing Director on the Relationship Excellence team at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH). He partners with strategic asset managers and financial institutions, helping them address complex operational challenges, streamline asset servicing models, launch new products, and navigate evolving regulatory requirements. As a trusted advisor, Christian works closely with clients to connect them with solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and support their long-term business objectives. Christian and his colleagues aspire to be the first call for clients facing strategic or operational challenges. His goal is to be a long-term partner in clients’ success, supporting BBH’s approach of working closely with a select group of clients that share the firm’s commitment to innovation and enduring relationships.

Christian joined BBH in 2006 and has held a variety of leadership roles across the firm. Prior to transitioning to the Relationship Excellence team in 2021, he served as a Product Executive within BBH’s Investment Operations organization, where he was responsible for the product strategy, investment, and execution of digital oversight solutions that enable asset managers to oversee their middle- and back-office operations, including Net Asset Value (NAV) Oversight and Reconciliation. Earlier in his career at BBH, he served as Head of Execution for the firm’s Fintech organization, Product Executive for BBH Direct®, and Head of the firm’s Outsourcing Discipline.

Prior to joining BBH, Christian held business development and operational consulting roles at BISYS and State Street, serving both mutual fund and institutional clients. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College.
