Leonard Fishman

As a member of the Corporate Advisory & Banking group, Leonard Fishman is responsible for building long-term relationships with private businesses and providing strategic advice, as well as helping deliver debt, private equity, and investment advisory solutions.

Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Len founded and ran two successful businesses. The first company, pledge4good, was a financial technology company and was acquired. The second, VL Financial Associates, was an analytics company that he ran for three and a half years before returning investor capital. Len previously worked as an Investment Analyst at Scopia Capital and began his career as an Investment Banker at Lehman Brothers and Nomura (who acquired Lehman Brothers’ international business). Working in the U.S., Asia, and Latin America, his experience includes M&A, financing, and public and private equity investing across industries, including telecommunications, industrials, technology, chemicals, healthcare, and infrastructure.

Len is a graduate of Duke University and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
