Patrick Walsh

Patrick Walsh is the Global Head of Fund Services and Transfer Agency, which includes the fund accounting and administration, transfer agency, and global tax services divisions within Service Delivery. He is responsible for the product strategy, investment portfolio, and organizational and workflow design to serve our client base. Patrick is focused on improving operational efficiencies and works to develop core technology platforms and make data more accessible to our clients and their underlying investors, while leveraging the firm’s use of emerging technologies. He drove the firm’s Straight Through Processing initiative for trade communication and was also responsible for the implementation of ActionWorld® (BBH’s internal Corporate Actions processing system), the Tax Efficiency Application for U.S. Tax Reporting, and the design of the Investor Onboarding platform for global Transfer Agency. Patrick joined BBH in 1995 and held various leadership positions across the firm including Division Executive for the Trade Processing and Corporate Actions organizations, Global Product Manager for the Funds and Asset Manager segment, Client Technology Services, Client Invoicing, Change Management and recently Custody, Markets, and Private Banking Services. Patrick has a B.S. in management science from Bridgewater State University.
