  • Updated tiles that highlight the most critical insights, process statuses, and workflow exceptions, so that Ops Teams can spend less time sifting through reports and spreadsheets

  • Built in active "calls to action" when intervention is needed, versus requiring clients to monitor and build heavy tools of their own
