Tania Mahler Cauberghs

As Global Head of Strategic Account Sales, Tania steers strategic development within the sales division globally, focusing on deepening relationships with our asset manager clients and partnering to develop new solutions. She is passionate about people, building strong teams, and developing trusted relationships with her clients to help them grow and improve their operating models.

With extensive experience in international financial markets, Tania has developed deep expertise across asset classes and geographic markets. Prior to joining BBH in 2024, Tania led the Alternatives sales effort at HSBC, with a specific focus on private assets. She also spent 17 years at BNP Paribas where she held sales roles in both the Investment Bank and Securities Services businesses. Tania began her career in New York as a portfolio manager for AGF Braseg.

Tania holds a B.S. economics and M.S. strategy and marketing from the University of Economics and Business Administration.
