Owen Weihman

Owen Weihman is a Managing Director in the Corporate Advisory & Banking group. In this role, he is responsible for developing relationships with owners of privately held businesses and advising them throughout the corporate life cycle on organic and acquisition-related growth strategies, capital structure, succession planning, valuation, and liquidity events. In addition, he helps deliver the firm’s debt, private equity, and investment advisory services. Owen has advised company owners, management teams, and boards on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising across a range of industries, including digital infrastructure, transportation, energy, paper and packaging, payments, media, and chemicals.

Prior to joining the firm, Owen was a Managing Director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co., where he co-led the development of the firm’s Digital Infrastructure practice. He previously held investment banking roles at Rubicon Capital Advisors and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He received a B.A. from Williams College and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
