Alex Rohr is a Managing Director in the Corporate Advisory Group. In this role, he provides strategic advice to help build and expand relationships with business-owning clients and prospects.

Prior to joining the firm, Alex was at Merion Investment Partners, a Philadelphia-based lower-middle-market private debt and equity investment fund. Prior to Merion, Alex began his mergers and acquisitions (M&A) career with the United States Department of Justice examining corporate M&A for anti-competitive effects. Throughout his career, he has built long-term relationships through his M&A profession and volunteering on boards in his community. Alex received a B.A. from the University of San Diego and an MBA from Villanova University.
