Bob Nolan is the Founding Partner of Halyard Capital and served as Managing Partner and Chair of the Investment Committee for 20 years. Prior to Halyard Capital, Bob served as the CEO of the BMO Private Equity Group overseeing four separate fund strategies totaling more than $1 billion in capital. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Head of Media & Telecommunications Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets, as well as a Managing Director and Telecommunications Group Head for Investment Banking at UBS Securities. Bob started his financial career in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He is also actively involved as an Advisor to Mission OG, Connecticut Innovations, and Radius Networks as well as serving on the board of directors of Point Pickup Technologies and Roundtrip EV Solutions. Bob is a member of the New York and Washington, D.C., Bar Associations. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and serves on the board of advisors for the McDonough School of Business and received a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law.
