Makho Nsibandze

Makho Nsibandze is a Relationship Manager on the Family Office Solutions team of BBH. In this role, he advises ultra-high-net-worth families on the design and execution of tailored wealth management and family office solutions. He serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, helping clients navigate complex financial and operational decisions across their balance sheets. Makho builds and deepens key relationships by delivering clear, actionable guidance on investment strategy, liquidity planning, private equity pacing, and the structuring of portfolios and operating frameworks aligned with long-term objectives.

Prior to his current role, Makho held multiple roles within the firm's Multi-Family Office, where he was instrumental in stewarding nearly $2 billion in assets across institutional and family clients. Prior to joining the firm, he was Head of Talent Sourcing at Roivant Sciences. He also brings experience across corporate and nonprofit settings, including at New York University’s School of Medicine, where he supported the growth of a multibillion-dollar endowment, as well as roles at CIT Bank and the University of Pennsylvania.

Makho serves on the board of The American Friends of Waterford, a foundation supporting multicultural education initiatives globally. He received a B.Sc. in economics from the Wharton School and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
