Leonard Fishman

As a Managing Director in the Corporate Advisory and Banking (CAB) group, Len Fishman helps entrepreneurs and business owners with corporate priorities, including growth strategies, capital structure, succession planning, valuation, and liquidity events. In addition to providing strategic advice, he helps deliver the firm’s debt, private equity, and investment advisory solutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Len co-founded and ran three successful businesses, including a financial technology company that was acquired, a software-as-a-service business that returned investor capital, and a data infrastructure business that has raised $130 million and where he remains on the board of advisors. Len previously worked as an investor at Scopia Capital and began his career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and Nomura (who acquired the Lehman division where he worked). Working in the U.S., Asia, and Latin America, his experience includes M&A, financing, and public and private equity investing across industries, including business services, transportation and logistics, technology, and manufacturing.

Len received an A.B. in economics from Duke University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
