As the President of the BBH Delaware Trust Company, Beth King oversees trust planning and administration for domestic and international Private Banking clients.
Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Beth was the head of J.P. Morgan’s Delaware Trust Company and served as Fiduciary Counsel for The Northern Trust Company of Delaware. She also taught at Hofstra University School of Law and Campbell University School of Law and clerked for the Honorable Jane R. Roth on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Beth is an active member of the Delaware Bar and was the former chair of the Estates & Trusts Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. She is a member of the Trust Act Committee, which is responsible for drafting legislative changes to Delaware’s trust law.
Beth received a B.S. in finance from the University of Delaware and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and first in her class. In addition, she received her LL.M. from Columbia University.
