Dan Vereb is a Managing Director in the Corporate Advisory & Banking group of BBH. In his role, he works with private business-owning individuals and families, advising them on strategic issues that occur throughout the corporate life cycle. These activities can include growth strategies, capital structure, financing solutions, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, valuation, and liquidity events. Prior to joining the firm, Dan was a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager in Santander’s middle-market banking group. Prior to Santander, Dan worked with middle-market businesses at Commerce Bank and PNC Bank. He received a B.A. from Harvard College and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.
