Thomas Davis is a Partner of the firm and oversees our New York, Latin America, and Chicago Private Banking offices. In this role, he is primarily responsible for leading a team that provides debt and equity capital to founder-owned businesses as well as investment management and family office services to large family groups, endowments, and foundations. He is a member of the Private Banking Oversight Committee and the Private Banking Investment Oversight Committee.
Before joining the firm in 2012, Tom worked at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in the Investment Management division. He started his career working in Quito, Ecuador, and Shenzhen, China, as a grade-school teacher and later a consultant advising local entrepreneurs and business owners.
Tom serves on the board of directors of Dutch Bros Coffee and The Center for Working Families in Quito, Ecuador. He earned a B.A. from the University of San Diego and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
