Michael McDonald

Mike McDonald serves as Supervising Partner for Investor Services’ Service Delivery pillar, which consists of the firm’s Operations and Client Service divisions. In this role, Mike is responsible for ensuring BBH continually provides excellence in the execution and delivery of the services clients have entrusted to BBH. Mike is also the Chair of the Service Delivery Oversight Committee, the Chairman of the BBH Institutional Trust Company of New York, and a member of the Investor Services Oversight Committee and the Firm’s Finance Committee. 

Prior to this role, Mike led the Global Relationship Management organization and was also responsible for Firmwide Marketing and Communications. Since joining the firm in 1992 he has held roles in Boston, New York, and across Europe, including the Global Head of Client Service and the Head of BBH Dublin. In 2012, Mike launched BBH’s office in Krakow, Poland. Until his return to the U.S. in 2018, he served as the Head of BBH Krakow where he was responsible for Europe’s largest office combining our operations, client service and technology development functions, as well being responsible for Service Delivery in Europe.

Mike is an advocate of BBH’s Affinity Network Communities (BANC) which provide global forums to develop skills, to network, and to support key business initiatives while enhancing our workplace and communities. He is the global Chair of BBH Military Veteran’s Network. 

Mike holds a B.S. in finance from Boston College.
