Kevin Welch is responsible for the Workforce Transformation disciplines within BBH Investor Services. Kevin leads a cross-functional team focused on solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. This process engineering team defines how best to leverage people, process, technology, and data to successfully deliver solutions that improve the services BBH offers to clients. He is also responsible for developing and executing BBH's workforce strategy, managing BBH’s Global Shared Services Operating Divisions, and overseeing relationships with all business outsourcing partners. Kevin joined the firm in 2004 and previously served as the Head of Service Delivery and the Head of Custody, Markets, and Client Service in Krakow, Poland. He was instrumental in establishing the Krakow office. Kevin began his tenure at BBH within Corporate Actions, and later became the Department Head for the division. Kevin has a B.A. in political science and history from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
