Jonathan Mack is the Global Head of Client Service which includes the strategy, execution, and service quality of exceptional service to our client base. As a client advocate, Jon leverages feedback to drive product growth and development. He was instrumental in the firm’s evolution of the client service discipline, such as the rollout of the Enhanced Service Model, Insight Led Client Service and most recently, our Voice of Client program. Jon joined the firm in 1998 and has held various leadership positions in the US and Europe within Client Service. He was one of the product architects of the InfoNAV® tool, an independent secondary NAV solution for asset managers, among other oversight solutions. Jon holds a B.A. in mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross.
