BBH Scores 100 on Corporate Equality Index from HRC Foundation

The best stories are the stories that come from the people who live them. Hear from BBH Communications.

We are proud to announce that BBH was recognized by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation for the second consecutive year as a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality. BBH joins 686 businesses in earning this coveted recognition with a perfect score of 100 on the 2020 Corporate Equality Index (CEI).

The benefits we gain from our diversity of experience and thought are invaluable to our business and culture.”

"We are honored to be recognized by the HRC for our efforts and remain committed to fostering an environment that celebrates inclusion,” said Kevin Stone, Partner and Pride Network executive sponsor. “The benefits we gain from our diversity of experience and thought are invaluable to our business and culture.”

The CEI is the premier benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices in the US related to LGBTQ workplace equality. This year’s rating criteria included non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner and same-sex marriage benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, an inclusive workplace culture, and a proven track record of responsible citizenship in the LGBTQ community.

“I am thrilled to be a part of an organization that is intentional in their actions to cultivate an inclusive environment,” shared Raymond Cyr, Vice President, Global Controllers. “As a network lead for Pride at BBH, I work with peers and senior leaders who are supportive, passionate, and thoughtful in approaching challenges that can be later celebrated as wins. This recognition is an example of that partnership.”
