Boston, MA, June 6, 2022 – Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH), today announced that Rimes joins BBH Connectors, a platform featuring multi-provider, open architecture technology providers. Rimes joins a cohort of specialist third-party fintech and service providers that brings expertise in areas like ESG data, insurance accounting, class action recovery services, and AI to drive meaningful outcomes for clients.
Rimes’ ESG data services, alongside the existing cohort of third-party connectors, complement BBH’s modular, provider-agnostic technology solutions and BBH Infomediary® data services to optimize asset manager and financial institutions operating models.
“We are excited to add the expertise of Rimes to our Connectors platform and broaden and strengthen the scope of solutions available to our clients.” said Jon Panagrossi, Head of Data Services for Investor Services at BBH. “As the pace of change in the industry increases, an open architecture platform that provides flexibility and brings together a range of solutions will become more important.”
“We are both pleased and excited to be joining BBH’s Connectors,” said John Farris, EVP, Strategic Partners and Alliances at Rimes. “Being a part of the Connectors program aligns with our strategic vision to provide world class asset managers and financial institutions with ESG solutions. Rimes’ ESG solutions can solve for specific client requirements and provide reliable, high-quality data, analytics and mastering capabilities to deliver insights for better-informed investment decisions.”

BBH’s culture of accountability fosters deep and lasting relationships built on commitment, adaptability and trust. The company is independent, selective, and specialized by design.
BBH’s Investor Services business provides cross-border custody, accounting, administration, execution and technology services to many of the world’s leading asset managers and financial institutions. Following the transaction, BBH will continue to independently own and operate its separate Private Banking and Investment Management businesses. We believe that regulatory reviews should be complete in the coming months.
