LONDON, United Kingdom, February 13, 2024 - Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH) today announced the expansion of its Markets Strategy team with the appointment of Elias Haddad. In his role as senior markets strategist, Elias will provide insights and research that help clients navigate and understand the global economy and make informed decisions about their foreign exchange programs.
Prior to joining BBH, Elias spent eight years with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he served as a senior FX strategist based in London and Sydney. Before that, Elias worked in FX strategy at BCA Research (Montreal), on the FX advisory desk at Credit Agricole Suisse (Geneva), and in currency management at CIBC Global Asset Management (Montreal).
Elias has a B.A. in economics from Bishop’s University in Quebec as well as the CFA designation.
