John Secor Senior Vice President, Corporate Advisory, Private Banking


John Secor joined BBH in 2015 and is a senior vice president in the Corporate Advisory Group. He has more than 25 years of corporate and investment banking experience advising middle-market companies on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity private placements, corporate restructurings, valuations and fairness and solvency opinions.

Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Secor worked in the investment banking groups at JP Morgan, The Bank of New York and Duff & Phelps. He received his B.A. from Bowdoin College and his MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
