Jeffrey B. Meskin Partner, Co-Manager of BBH Capital Partners, Private Banking
Jeffrey Meskin is a Partner of Brown Brothers Harriman and the head of Private Banking. This line of business serves private company owners and affluent families and seeks to help them achieve their financial goals throughout the cycle of wealth creation, transition, preservation and growth. He is a member of BBH’s Executive Committee and Finance Committee.
Mr. Meskin is also a co-manager and Principal of BBH Capital Partners. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Meskin is actively involved in sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution and providing post-investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies, with a particular emphasis on business development and transaction execution. He serves on the board of directors (or similar governing body) of Tower Ventures, LLC, Noble Systems Corp., Scivantage, Inc., Microban International, Ltd., Vyve Broadband, LLC/BCI Broadband Holdings, LLC, and EdgeConneX, Inc.
Previously, Mr. Meskin served as a senior transaction professional in BBH’s Mergers & Acquisitions department as well as the director of telecommunications in investment banking at Morgan Keegan & Company. He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Meskin graduated from the University of Wisconsin and received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
