Alice Birnbaum Vice President, Corporate Banking, Private Banking
Alice M. Birnbaum joined Brown Brothers Harriman in 2007 and currently serves as a vice president in the firm’s Corporate Advisory & Banking practice, which provides capital and advice to privately held businesses and their owners. As a member of Corporate Advisory & Banking, Ms. Birnbaum focuses on new business origination and strategy for the Commodities & Logistics group. Her responsibilities include commodity finance origination, structuring and execution, as well as advising private companies and their owners on various corporate and strategic matters. In addition, Ms. Birnbaum serves as a voting member of the firm’s Credit Committee and is an executive editor of BBH’s Commodity Markets Update, a quarterly publication dedicated to agricultural, metal and energy markets. Ms. Birnbaum is a graduate of the firm’s Banking and Finance Training Program and received a B.A. from Boston University.
