Patrick J. Walsh Managing Director, Investor Services
Patrick Walsh is the Global Head of Fund Services and Transfer Agency, which includes the fund accounting and administration, transfer agency, and global tax services divisions within BBH’s Service Delivery function. He is responsible for product strategy, technology investment portfolio, and process design that serves our client base and drives continuous improvement.
Patrick is focused on delivering operational efficiency through core technology platform improvements and emerging technology, and on making data more accessible to our clients and their underlying investors. He led the firm’s Straight Through Processing initiative for trade communication and the implementation of ActionWorld® (BBH’s internal Corporate Actions processing system), the Tax Efficiency Application for U.S. Tax Reporting, and the design of the Investor Onboarding platform for global Transfer Agency.
Patrick joined BBH in 1995 and held various leadership positions across the firm including Division Executive for the Trade Processing and Corporate Actions organizations, Global Product Manager for the Funds and Asset Manager segment, Client Technology Services, Client Invoicing, Change Management and recently Custody, Markets and Private Banking Services.
Patrick has a B.S. in Management Science from Bridgewater State University.
