Patrick J. Walsh Managing Director, Investor Services
Patrick J. Walsh is a Managing Director within Investor Services at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH). In his current role, Mr. Walsh is responsible for Custody, Markets, Private Banking, and Transfer Agency operations in Service Delivery.
Mr. Walsh joined the firm in 1995 and has served in a variety of leadership roles across the firm including Division Executive for the Trade Processing and Corporate Actions organizations, Global Product Manager for the Funds and Asset Manager Segment, Global Head of Global Tax Services, Client Technology Services, Client Invoicing, and more recently Change Management.
In addition to the above, Mr. Walsh played an integral part in overseeing the Straight Through Processing initiative for trade communication. He was also responsible for the implementation of ActionWorld® (BBH’s internal Corporate Action Processing system), the Tax Efficiency Application for U.S. Tax Reporting, and the design of the Investor Onboarding platform for global Transfer Agency.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Walsh spent 6 years at Mellon Trust where he served as an officer in the global custody division and as a member of the Mellon Bank/Boston Company integration team.
Mr. Walsh has a B.S. in Management Science from Bridgewater State College.
