Diane Z. Teed Managing Director, Investor Services
Diane Teed is a Managing Director of Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Service Delivery, which encompasses the firm's Operations and Client Service functions globally. As CAO, Ms. Teed drives the transformational change agenda for Service Delivery. Her areas of responsibility include talent strategy, workforce planning, globalization, new business integration, change management and intelligent automation - using emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics process automation to drive business and workforce transformation.
Ms. Teed joined the firm in 2005 and previously served as Head of Strategy for Investor Services, Head of Talent and Development and Global Human Resources Business Partners for Investor Services, and Division Executive for Global Fund Accounting and Global Cash Services. Prior to BBH, Ms. Teed was with State Street in client service and relationship management roles, and at Citicorp in business lines that included Venture Capital and Leveraged Buyouts, ADR Issuance, and Cross-Border Custody.
Ms. Teed holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
