Anthony V. DePalma, Jr. Managing Director, Investor Services
Anthony V. DePalma, Jr. is a Managing Director of Service Delivery at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH). and currently serves as the head of Custody Product and the head of Custody Operations, which includes oversight of the Global Corporate Actions, Income Collection & Tax Servicing, Corporate Actions Outsourcing, Trade Processing & Settlements and Fund Order & Custody Divisions. Since joining the firm in 1993, Mr. DePalma has held various leadership positions including management oversight of Global Cash, Funds Transfer, Trade Processing, BBH Direct, Central Pricing, Custody Client Service Groups, and Security Master File. In addition to his management responsibilities, Mr. DePalma has played a significant role in developing the overall strategy and implementation of BBH’s Corporate Actions (ActionWorld), Security Master File (GoldenSource) & Trade Processing (GTPS) system platforms. In addition to his functions at Brown Brothers Harriman, he has been an active member in the industry, influencing global standards and strategy on Corporate Action Processes. Mr. DePalma has held a number of roles in the following industry committees: SWIFT Clearing & Settlement and Asset Servicing Advisory Board, the U.S. ISITC Corporate Actions Working Group, the I2I: Issuer to Investor Stakeholder Group, and the DTCC Reengineering Technical Working Group. Anthony DePalma graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
