Jonathan E. Mack Managing Director, Investor Services
Jonathan Mack joined BBH in 1998 and is currently the Department Head of the Client Service group in Boston for Investor Services, as well as responsible for Fund Services’ client service discipline and strategy globally. He also serves as the Product Executive for Fund Accounting, responsible for driving differentiation for the fund accounting product and making investment decisions in support of our TVD strategy. During the last two years, Jon has played a pivotal role in the evolution of client service through BBH's Enhanced Service Model–the creation of multi-disciplined teams that enable streamlined and differentiated service. He has also led the development of our new InfoNAV product. Over the last 17 years, Jon has worked both domestically and abroad across a number of product and client service roles. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross.
