Jonathan E. Mack Managing Director, Investor Services


Jonathan Mack joined Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in 1998 and is responsible for Client Service in the Americas.  He is also responsible for Client Service Discipline and strategy globally. During the last two years, Mr. Mack has played a pivotal role in the evolution of client service through the firm's Enhanced Service Model and Insight Led Client Service.  He has also led the development of our new InfoNAV product as a provider agnostic oversight tool.  Over the last 20 years, Mr. Mack has worked both domestically and abroad across a number of product and client service roles. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross.
