Ainun Ayub Senior Vice President, Investor Services
Ainun Ayub is Brown Brothers Harriman’s (BBH) Alternative Fund Servicing Product Head for Europe and Asia. Her remit includes liquid and illiquid asset classes, with special focus on private investments such as private debt, private equity, real estate and infrastructure. Her main focus is product strategy and design, working closely with clients and service delivery teams on new and complex fund structures.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2016, Ms. Ayub worked at JP Morgan Investor Services, as a product strategist in Europe, first for private equity fund services, and then for broader traditional and alternative fund services. She was at State Street's fund administration business from 2007 to 2012, overseeing the London service delivery teams for a range of multi-jurisdictional private equity, real estate, infrastructure and mezzanine funds as well as investor portfolios. Ms. Ayub has experience launching and running new fund of hedge fund products and operating models for Fortune Asset Management and fund of hedge funds middle office client servicing at Union Bancaire Privée. Ms. Ayub started her financial services career focusing on debt capital markets and corporate finance in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and moved to London in 2001.
Ms. Ayub has a BSc(Economics), Monetary Economics, from the London School of Economics and Political Science
