Our programs are structured to provide you with an opportunity to get to know us. As an intern, you’ll work full time on current business needs and be provided with training and guidance that will empower you to make an impact. With formal orientation, ongoing training, interesting work, and feedback throughout the program, we provide numerous ways to support your development and help you succeed. And by attending organized social and volunteer events, you'll build a vital network of colleagues, mentors, and friends.
- strong academic achievement as evidenced by a competitive GPA (US) or Mark 4 (Europe)

Our 10-week US internship is available to students in their junior year of undergraduate study. The program runs from June to early August, with most roles located in Boston and New York and additional opportunities in Denver, Charlotte, Chicago, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. Interns have the opportunity to work in many exciting areas of the firm, including Investor Services, Private Banking, Systems, and Administration.

Europe Programs (Krakow and Luxembourg):
In Krakow, Poland, a variety of opportunities are available in our Investor Services business. We offer a four-month program three times a year, with start dates in December, April, and July, open to students in their fourth or final year of university. Summer internships are full time, while those taking place during the academic year consist of flexible hours with a commitment of 24 hours per week.

In Luxembourg, we offer a full-time internship program lasting from 6 to 12 months in conjunction with university study programs. These opportunities are primarily available to undergraduate or graduate students studying finance, accounting, and business who must complete an internship to fulfill a degree requirement. We offer a range of challenging and rewarding full-time internships in areas such as Relationship Excellence, Fund Compliance, Global Custody, and Fund Accounting.
