Brown Brothers Harriman

Mr. Donlan is a Co-Founder and Co-Manager of BBH Capital Partners.  He has over 40 years of principal investing, lending, and advisory experience, all with BBH.  Mr. Donlan is actively involved in sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies.  He serves on the Board of Directors of All Metro Health Care Services, Inc. (Chairman), Coordinated Home Health Care, Inc., Liguria Foods, Inc. and North American Substation Services, Inc.  Before co-founding BBH Capital Partners, Mr. Donlan was a senior member of BBH’s Banking & Advisory business unit, where he originated and/or managed hundreds of credits over approximately 20 years.  From 1981 to 1985, he served as BBH’s Senior Credit Officer.  Mr. Donlan graduated from Georgetown University and received a Masters of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
