Mr. Cutler joined Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in 1988 as a Relationship Manager in the Philadelphia Banking Department. In 1996 he was promoted to Managing Director and became the Chief Credit Officer in Philadelphia. In 2008 Mr. Cutler was named Partner of the firm, and in 2011 he gained overall responsibility for the Philadelphia office. In addition he is a member of the Corporate Credit Committee, the Capital Partners Investment Committee, and is the CFO for the Corporate Banking Division.
Mr. Cutler is a board member of The Academy of Natural Sciences, where he chairs the Finance Committee.
He is a 1976 graduate of the Cranbrook School and a 1980 graduate of Denison University.
Mr. Cutler resides in Villanova, PA with his wife and three children.
