Jeffrey B. Meskin - Co-Manager and Principal
Mr. Meskin is a Co-Manager of BBH Capital Partners. He has over 10 years of private equity experience as well as significant experience in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Meskin is actively involved in sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies, with a particular emphasis on business development and transaction execution. Mr. Meskin serves on the Board of Directors (or similar governing body) of Long Lines, LLC, Tower Ventures, LLC, Noble Systems Corp., Telarix, Inc., Scivantage, Inc., and Microban International, Ltd. Previously, Mr. Meskin served as a senior transaction professional in BBH’s Mergers & Acquisitions department as well as Director of Telecommunications Investment Banking at Morgan Keegan & Company.  In those positions he completed over 50 transactions for middle market communications companies.  Mr. Meskin began his career with Coopers & Lybrand.  Mr. Meskin graduated from the University of Wisconsin and received a JD from Fordham University School of Law.

Joseph P. Donlan - Co-Manager and Principal
Mr. Donlan is a Co-Founder and Co-Manager of BBH Capital Partners.  He has over 40 years of principal investing, lending, and advisory experience, all with BBH.  Mr. Donlan is actively involved in sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies. He serves on the Board of Directors of All Metro Health Care Services, Inc. (Chairman), Coordinated Home Health Care, Inc., Liguria Foods, Inc., North American Substation Services, Inc., and Sheplers, Inc. (Observer). Before co-founding BBH Capital Partners, Mr. Donlan was a senior member of BBH’s Banking & Advisory business unit, where he originated and/or managed hundreds of credits over approximately 20 years.  From 1981 to 1985, he served as BBH’s Senior Credit Officer.  Mr. Donlan graduated from Georgetown University and received a Masters of Business Administration from Rutgers University.

Jean-Pierre Paquin - Co-Manager and Principal
Mr. Paquin is a Co-Manager of BBH Capital Partners.  He has over 15 years of private equity experience.  Mr. Paquin is actively involved in sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies.  He also oversees limited partner relationships as well as the administration of BBH Capital Partners.  Mr. Paquin serves on the Board of Directors (or similar governing body) of Fire-Dex, LLC, Freedom Scientific Holdings, LLC, Tower Ventures, LLC, Update, Inc., and Telarix, Inc.  Prior to joining BBH Capital as a full-time member in 1998, Mr. Paquin was a financial analyst in BBH’s Corporate Finance Department.  Mr. Paquin is a frequent panelist at private equity industry conferences and has also spoken or judged case study competitions at institutions such as Harvard Business School and the University of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Paquin graduated from Colgate University and received a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Bradley M. Langer - Principal
Mr. Langer is a Principal of BBH Capital Partners. He has 12 years of private equity experience and focuses on BBH Capital investment activities, including the sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies. Mr. Langer is either a director or observer on the Board of Directors of All Metro Health Care Services, Inc., Coordinated Home Health Care, Inc., Noble Systems Corp., Liguria Foods, Inc., North American Substation Services, LLC., and Microban International, Ltd. Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Langer was actively involved in evaluating and managing mezzanine investments at Whitney & Co. and Paribas Capital Funding. Mr. Langer was previously a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Langer graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael A. Boylan - Principal
Mr. Boylan is a Principal of BBH Capital Partners.  He has 9 years of experience in private equity or leveraged finance.  Mr. Boylan focuses on BBH Capital’s investment activities, including the sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies.  He is either a director or observer on the Board of Directors (or similar governing body) of Long Lines, LLC, Tower Ventures, Update, Inc., Telarix, Inc., North American Substation Services, Inc., and Fire-Dex, LLC.  Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Boylan evaluated and managed equity, leveraged finance and mergers and acquisitions transactions as a member of Lehman Brothers’ Financial Sponsors Group.  Mr. Boylan graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Finance.

Charles H. Schreiber - Senior Vice President
Mr. Schreiber joined BBH in 1999 and is the Chief Financial Officer of each of the BBH alternative investment funds, including all BBH Capital Partners’ funds.  He is also Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer of BBH Trust, BBH’s registered mutual funds.  Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Schreiber was a Vice President at JP Morgan, serving in a variety of accounting and administrative roles.  Earlier in his career, he was an Audit Manager and CPA at Price Waterhouse & Co.  Mr. Schreiber graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Accounting.

Jeffrey B. Clarke - Vice President
Mr. Clarke joined BBH Capital Partners in June 2010 and manages relationships with existing and potential investors.  Mr. Clarke started his career at BBH in 2000 in Corporate Banking in the Financial Institutions Group where he was a relationship manager and credit underwriter for private equity funds, funds of private equity funds, funds of hedge funds, asset managers, and insurance companies.  In 2008, Mr. Clarke moved to Investor Services, maintaining his legacy clients and underwriting credit facilities for BBH’s institutional custody clients.  In 2009, Mr. Clarke began focusing on relationship management for U.S. regional banks and asset managers.  Mr. Clarke graduated from Colgate University.

Matthew H. Salsbury - Vice President
Mr. Salsbury joined BBH in 2010 and focuses on BBH Capital Partners business development and investment sourcing.  Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Salsbury was a Vice President at Boxwood Strategic Advisors, where he helped entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals optimize their capital structure and obtain financing for their family businesses and investments.  Prior to Boxwood, Mr. Salsbury was an Associate at WR Hambrecht + Co where he specialized in executing initial public offerings and equity private placements.  Mr. Salsbury graduated from Colgate University with a degree in Economics.

Robert T. Davies - Vice President
Mr. Davies joined BBH in 2009 and focuses on BBH Capital Partners investing activities.  Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Davies was an Associate at Apax Partners where he was involved in all aspects of the investment process.  Before Apax, Mr. Davies was an Analyst in Merrill Lynch’s Mergers and Acquisition team.  Mr. Davies received a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from New York University with degrees in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Davies is an observer on the board of Fire-Dex, LLC.

Richard T. Yeh - Director of Operational Resources
Mr. Yeh joined BBH in March 2012 and manages the Operational Resources Group within BBH Capital Partners. Mr. Yeh is responsible for coordinating activities across the BBH Capital Partners portfolio to drive growth and improve operating performance. Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Yeh was a Principal at Bain & Co., a global strategy consulting firm, where he was a member of Bain’s Performance Improvement, M&A and Private Equity practice areas. At Bain, Mr. Yeh developed a track record of successfully partnering with corporate executives to implement strategic initiatives that delivered quantifiable results. Earlier in his career, Mr. Yeh invested in middle-market companies as an Associate at Arsenal Capital Partners and also worked as Manager of Strategic Development at a successful technology start-up company. Mr. Yeh graduated from Dartmouth College and received a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Christine P. Hourihan - Associate
Ms. Hourihan joined BBH in 2000 and manages BBH Capital Partners marketing activities.  Before assuming her BBH Capital responsibilities in September 2003, Ms. Hourihan served as a Senior Client Account Manager in Mutual Fund Accounting.  Ms. Hourihan graduated from Amherst College.

Harrison B. Davis - Associate
Mr. Davis joined BBH in 2011 and focuses on BBH Capital Partners investing activities. Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Davis worked as a Consultant for Deloitte Consulting where he specialized in designing and implementing strategies for healthcare and private equity backed companies. Mr. Davis received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School and graduated from Vanderbilt University with degrees in Economics and History.

Bradford R. Corbin - Associate
Mr. Corbin joined BBH in 2011 and focuses on BBH Capital Partners investing activities. Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Corbin worked as an Analyst at Lazard Frères & Co. where he specialized in providing mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory services to healthcare companies. Mr. Corbin graduated from Amherst College with degrees in Economics and History.

Sid Arora - Analyst
Mr. Arora joined BBH in 2011 and assists with BBH Capital Partners investing activities. Prior to joining BBH, he worked at UBS New York’s Investment Banking Division advising companies in the real estate, lodging and leisure sectors on equity, debt and M&A related transactions. Mr. Arora graduated from the Tepper Business School, Carnegie Mellon University, in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance).

Kyle B. Barndollar - Analyst
Mr. Barndollar joined BBH in 2011 and assists with BBH Capital Partners investing activities. Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Barndollar worked in Private Banking at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. He graduated from Bucknell University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration

Justin Kuok - Analyst
Mr. Kuok joined BBH in 2011 and assists with BBH Capital Partners investing activities. Prior to joining BBH, Mr. Kuok was a Summer Analyst on the Telecommunications, Media and Technology team at J.P. Morgan Hong Kong. He graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology and Society.

Douglas L. Maine - Limited Partner & Senior Advisor^*
Mr. Maine is a Senior Advisor to BBH Capital Partners and is actively involved in sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies.  He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Telarix, Inc., a BBH Capital Partners’ portfolio company, and is also a Director of two other BBH Capital Partners portfolio companies.  Mr. Maine retired from IBM Corp. in 2005, after serving as its Chief Financial Officer, General Manager of IBM.com, and General Manager of IBM Consumer Products.  Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Maine spent 20 years with MCI Communication Corp., where he was Chief Financial Officer as well as President of its 14-state Southern Division.  In addition to his responsibilities with BBH Capital Partners, Mr. Maine also serves on the Board of Directors of several other public and private companies.  Mr. Maine graduated from Temple University and received his Masters in Business Administration from Hofstra University.

R. Charles Shufeldt - Senior Advisor^*
Mr. Shufeldt is a Senior Advisor to BBH Capital Partners and is actively involved in sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies.  He serves as a member of the Board of Directors (or similar governing body) of four BBH Capital Partners portfolio companies.  Mr. Shufeldt retired from SunTrust Bank in 2009, where he was most recently Corporate Executive Vice President and head of the Corporate and Investment Banking line of business including corporate banking, investment banking, debt and equity capital markets, SunTrust Equity Partners and SunTrust Leasing, doing business as SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.  Mr. Shufeldt started his career in 1976 at BBH in New York in its commercial banking division.  He is involved with numerous not-for-profit organizations in the Atlanta area.  Mr. Shufeldt graduated from Washington & Lee University and has a Masters Degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Rusty S. Lewis - Executive in Residence^*
Mr. Lewis joined BBH Capital Partners as an Executive in Residence and is actively involved in indentifying investment opportunities, investment evaluation and due diligence, and providing post investment value-added oversight to BBH Capital Partners portfolio companies. Mr. Lewis has over 30 years of senior level management experience as an owner and CEO of multiple private businesses and a senior executive and director of several public companies. He retired from VeriSign, Inc. in 2011 after having served as SVP of Corporate Development, EVP/GM of the Naming Business Unit and EVP of Strategic Development. Prior to joining VeriSign, Mr. Lewis was the President and CEO of Transcore/Syntonic Technology from 1986 to 1999. Mr. Lewis received his M.B.A. from The Harvard Business School, and his B.S. in Economics from Haverford College.
